Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Solisma ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solisma regarding your use of the App.

Entertainment and Reflection Disclaimer

• Are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
• Should NOT be relied upon for making important life decisions
• Do NOT predict the future with any degree of certainty
• Are generated by artificial intelligence and should be viewed as tools for self-reflection and entertainment

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the App. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters.

Service Description

Solisma is a self-discovery and personal insight platform. The App provides:

• Personal Insight Readings - AI-generated interpretations across life categories such as love, career, finances, family, exploration, and inner world, delivered through a guided interactive experience
• Cosmic Blueprint Readings (12 Houses) - In-depth readings that draw upon your birth chart data to provide personalized insights across twelve life areas
• Journey Tracking - A cycle-based personal growth system that tracks your progress through colors, numbers, and vibration patterns, building a unique map of your self-discovery path
• Personalized AI Insights - Contextual guidance and suggested reflections powered by artificial intelligence, tailored to your journey history and preferences

All readings are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and personal reflection.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 12 years old to use the App
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms.

Free Trial Readings

New users receive a limited number of free trial readings to experience the App. Free trial readings are tracked per device to prevent abuse, cannot be transferred between accounts or devices, and have no monetary value.

Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account at the frequency of your chosen plan (weekly, monthly, or yearly)
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• You will be charged no more than 24 hours before the start of each billing period
• Unused allowances do not roll over to the next billing period

Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price unless you are notified of a price change

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Solisma
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

Free Trials

If offered, free trials allow you to experience subscription features at no cost:

• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• After the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires

Refund Policy

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies:

• We do not process refunds directly - all refund requests must be made through Apple
• To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Refund eligibility is determined by Apple

User Conduct

When using Solisma, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with the proper operation of the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Share your account with others or sell your account
• Circumvent usage limits by using multiple accounts or devices
• Use the App in a way that could harm or offend others
• Submit abusive, harmful, or inappropriate questions

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content in Solisma, including but not limited to:

• App design and user interface
• Visual imagery and descriptions
• AI-generated reading content
• Logos, trademarks, and branding

Is owned by Solisma or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your reading history is stored for your personal use within the App and should not be commercially exploited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Readings will be accurate, meaningful, or helpful
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLISMA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from decisions made based on readings or insights
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solisma and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any decisions you make based on readings or insights from the App

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending a push notification for material changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the reading system
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Solisma operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solisma regarding your use of the App.
