Frequently Asked Questions
Open the Solisma app, choose a reading category (such as Love, Career, Inner World, and more), write your question, and begin your session. Each reading uses one credit.
Credits are used to request personal insight readings. Each reading costs 1 credit. You can earn free credits when you start using the app, purchase credit packs, or subscribe for monthly allowances.
Your credit balance is displayed in the app on the home screen and profile page. Subscription users can see their remaining monthly allowance in the same locations.
- Credit Packs: One-time purchases that never expire. Use them whenever you want.
- Subscriptions: Monthly plans that give you a set number of readings per month. Unused readings don't roll over.
Cosmic Blueprint Readings (12 Houses) require an active subscription. You'll need to provide your birth date, time, and place for enhanced personalization. Subscription tiers include different numbers of Cosmic Blueprint Readings per month.
Yes, your readings are stored securely in your personal account and are only accessible to you. We do not share individual readings with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Manage Your Subscription
To view, change, or cancel your Solisma subscription:
On iPhone/iPad:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Solisma
- From here you can:
- Change your subscription tier
- Cancel your subscription
- View billing history
Note: After canceling, you'll continue to have access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
Request a Refund
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Solisma purchase
- Select "Request a refund" and explain the issue
Apple will review your request and determine eligibility. We cannot process refunds directly.
Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Solisma account and all associated data:
Option 1: In the App
- Open Solisma
- Go to Profile or Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your choice
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to tarotumusa@hotmail.com with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
We will process your request within 30 days.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All your reading history, credits, and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple.
Troubleshooting
App Crashes or Freezes
- Make sure you have the latest version of Solisma installed
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Restart your device
- Check that you have a stable internet connection
Purchases Not Appearing
- Wait a few minutes and check again - purchases may take time to process
- Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase
- Try the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings
- Check your email for a receipt from Apple to confirm the purchase went through
Reading Not Loading
- Check your internet connection
- Wait a few moments - readings may take a moment to generate
- If you see an error, your credit will be automatically refunded
- Try closing and reopening the app
Notifications Not Working
- Open iPhone Settings > Notifications > Solisma
- Make sure "Allow Notifications" is enabled
- Check that you haven't muted the app
